Wen Hong is a member of the actuarial consulting team focused on small plans. She specializes in helping small companies manage all aspects of administration regarding defined benefit and cash balance plans, from initial plan design and document preparations through actuarial reports and certifications, IRS and PBGC filings and plan terminations. Wen was drawn to October Three by its dedication to innovation and commitment to providing high-quality service. She received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Rutgers University and is an enrolled actuary and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
