A member of the accounting and finance team, Rachel joined October Three with 15 years of experience in various aspects of the accounting field including public accounting, private practice and financial institutions. Rachel is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Oswego. She is currently pursuing an M.S. in Accounting from SUNY Brockport. Rachel, her husband (who is a retired Army veteran) and their daughters are active members of their local American Legion Post, volunteering their time to support other military families and their community.
