Jennifer earned her bachelor’s in Human Resources Management at DeVry University in 2018. She discovered her passion for HR while working as a training Intern. She says, “The joy employees bring me when they thank me for my help or mention that I’ve made their day, is priceless.” She believes It’s empowering to assist and bring knowledge to others in and outside the workplace. At October Three, Jennifer plays a vital role in on-boarding new staff members and equipping them with the tools they need to embark on a successful career journey at the October Three. Jennifer strives to ensure our staff feels valued, respected and heard.
