Izzy is a vital member of our Dallas-based actuarial consulting team, specializing in plan maintenance, compliance testing, and plan valuations for diverse clients. She was drawn to O3's unique culture and mission to redefine retirement plan consulting. Outside of work, Izzy enjoys running, traveling, and quality time with friends and family. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and is currently pursuing the Associate of the Society of Actuaries designation to further her expertise in actuarial science and retirement planning.
