David Belk is a consultant at October Three and a plan manager on the defined benefit (DB) plan administration team. He has over 20 years of experience in the DB industry. David comes to October Three from Alight Solutions, where he was a senior client manager in their benefits administration practice. He has a track record of partnering closely with clients to ensure they receive high-quality, timely, creative solutions. David received his BS in Political Science from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
