In 2004, the Retirement Learning Center developed and launched PLANSPONSOR Institute, the training and consulting arm of PLANSPONSOR®. A principal offering of PLANSPONSOR Institute is its distinctive industry designation—the PLANSPONSOR Retirement Professional™ (PRP). The Retirement Learning Center was integral in the development of the designation, and continues to play a vital role in the program through delivery of the educational components of the PRP certification to financial advisors across the country.
